On-purchase service

Provide every possible convenience to customers during the implementation of projects, monitor the production process, and help customers to understand the structures of screen, the process of production and the forming process of product quality. Provide users with technical consulting services regarding the display system, and offer a full range of assessment recommendation and the related technical recommendations regarding the technical parameters of screens, specifications, equipment configuration, environmental impact and other factors.

After-sale service

After delivery of the products to user, Glux offer one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. After we receive maintenance requirements from a user, we will reply to the customer within two hours, timely arrange people to clear the trouble; we will arrange people to regularly inspect the products.  According to user requirements, we can appoint professional technical personnel to go to the customer’s site to provide technical escort; during the products’ life service, provide users with related upgraded services regarding production, control, as well as playing software.
